Diagnostic centres will be able to upload the e-reports and e-films under the health code of the patient, the reports and the films can be viewed by the authorised persons only. Nearest chemist shop will be filling the prescription of the doctor and the same will get stored in the patients medical health records and the chemist shop data base.
